COVERAGE & TAX DEDUCTIONS

The BeYOUtiful and Hormonal Balance program is delivered by Dr Alina Constantin, practice ID 8302-01208. The program fee may be eligible for partial coverage under private health insurance plans and/or as an out-of-pocket medical tax deduction. Patients must verify coverage and tax implications with professional advisors.

The first-year annual program fee includes $875 towards hormone replacement therapy, including comprehensive analysis, treatment plan, and monitoring; $150 for computerized medical skin assessment; and up to $1,000 for preventive skin cancer therapy or medical vaginal regeneration depending on your chosen services.
