48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 48 business hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, including complimentary consults, without fees. See our cancellation policy.
CPSA Standards Disclosure: Please note that cosmetic procedures, laser services, injectables, and certain wellness treatments (including Bioidentical Hormone Therapy and DNA Swab), are uninsured professional services. Fees apply for all uninsured services. Patients will receive a clear, written outline of all associated costs and their payment obligations before receiving any uninsured treatment, in compliance with CPSA Standards of Practice.
Alberta Precision Laboratories Disclosure: Some tests commonly included in BHT monitoring are no longer eligible for Alberta Health coverage. Certain tests may involve additional fees payable directly to the clinic. All testing will be reviewed and confirmed with you before Dr. C prepares any requisitions.
