DNA Testing: What is it?

 

There is a lot of information about the benefits of a myriad of devices, techniques, supplements, type of exercise and diet which is right for you. Too many "biohackers" are telling you to do red light therapy and cold plunging without knowing and warning you of the hidden dangers of them.

And so we often blindly try things to improve our health without knowing the risks or whether there is a positive impact. For example:

  • Keto-diet or Mediterranean?

  • Low fat or low carb diet?

  • Cross-fit training or stretching and weight training?

  • Are your muscles recovering fast after exercise?

  • Are your tendons more prone to injury?

  • Are you a compulsive eater and are more prone to eating your emotions?

  • Are you converting the supplements you take in usable fuel for your body? ( i.e Do you methylate well?)

  • Can you get rid of inflammatory triggers well on your own?

  • Do you have genetic predisposition for certain diseases? And if you do, would you not want to know and have all the tools to diminish the genetic risk?

DNA analysis is the answer.

Every single one of us has unique DNA that tells us what is the best for our bodies. DNA testing gives us the biological roadmap and the entire tool box kit to take power over our health!

A single test gives us the knowledge to achieve our health goals without trials and failures and in the shortest time possible.
