Feel more like yourself again.

Vaginal regeneration is not a cosmetic procedure. It is a medical therapy that restores the thickness, natural lubrication, and vitality of vaginal tissues to a more youthful state. A single session will help minimize dry discomfort, make intimacy more enjoyable, and give you stronger bladder control – something many patients thought they could never regain. A full treatment of three sessions gives life-changing results.

This therapy is ideal for breast cancer survivors seeking non-hormonal therapies, new mothers looking for non-hormonal options to restore vaginal health after childbirth, and all women experiencing early or advanced symptoms of menopause such as dry, burning, itching sensations. Life-changing results.

Vaginal regeneration therapy is similar to your annual pap smear check-up. A laser probe is inserted into the vagina to gently and effectively stimulate new cell growth and restore vaginal tissues to a more youthful state. A second probe targets the area outside the vaginal opening to repair small fissures and regenerate skin integrity. The procedure takes 10 minutes and the results are life-changing.

While results are noticeable in one session, optimal results can be achieved with 3 sessions spaced 5-8 weeks apart. Following the initial series, patients can maintain results with an annual maintenance session.

Who is a good candidate for vaginal regeneration?

  • Women who have had a decline in their estrogen level (nearing menopause) and who experience burning, itching, or painful sex, or a pressure sensation in the perineal area.

  • Women who have had breast cancer or other cancers and for whom Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is not an option.

  • Women with Premature Ovarian Failure (POF) who prefer an alternative treatment to Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).

  • Women post-childbirth who would like to speed up vaginal healing and address mild urinary incontinence and dry, burning vaginal sensations without taking estrogen supplements and birth control that impact breast milk quality.

  • Women starting in their 20’s who experience urgency, frequent urination, or recurrent bladder infections with few triggers.

What are the benefits?

  • Restore thickness and vitality of vaginal tissues

  • Improve natural lubrication

  • Minimize dryness, itching and burning sensations

  • Treat mild urinary incontinence

  • Minimize painful intercourse

  • In-office procedure is quick and has no downtime

VAGINAL WALL THICKNESS | AFTER 1 TREATMENT

I had been suffering significant vaginal and vulvar irritation for several years since I entered menopause. The symptoms of painful dryness, itching, cracking and bleeding were constant and affected all aspects of my life. Since having the procedure, I am now symptom-free. I can now travel, exercise, ski and bike-ride with no discomfort. What a game-changer! I wished I had this procedure many years ago.

What to expect during the procedure

Vaginal regeneration is a two-part medical treatment that takes about 10 minutes.

First, a probe is inserted fully into the vagina just like a speculum during a pap. As the probe is slowly pulled out, it is rotated to deliver laser therapy to the vaginal walls. You will feel vibrations throughout treatment. As the exiting probe nears the outer third of the vaginal canal, you will feel a warming sensation. As the probe nears the opening of the vagina, you may feel a slight pinch. Numbing cream applied before the procedure starts to minimize discomfort.

Second, a separate probe helps regenerate tissues around the clitoris, urethra, the lips (labia), and the area between the vagina and the anus (posterior perineum). Treatment is especially effective in healing tears or surgical cuts (episiotomies) that may have occurred during vaginal deliveries. Once again, numbing cream minimizes any discomfort.
